To obtain a copy of a County Civil Court document you can contact the County Civil Courts Department by phone at 713-755-7977, fax your requests along with our Credit Card Authorization form for payment to fax number 713-755-4710, or by mail at:

You may also visit the department at the County Civil Courts Building, 201 Caroline, Room 300. If paying with a major credit card you can place your order by phone. There is a 4% surcharge added on when paying with a credit card over the phone. Cashier’s checks and money orders are acceptable forms of payment through the mail. The cost of non-certified copies is $1.00 per page. If you want your copies certified it will cost an additional $5.00 per document.
