PRODUCT LIMITATIONS: Only the indices are available. This is the same information that is available on a "walk-in" basis. There are NO document images available via the web search at this time. When images become available that information will be posted on the web site.

SYSTEM OVERVIEW: Access to the various index databases is done by selecting a database from the master menu. Alert messages are displayed when invalid search information is entered. The user can correct the search criteria and continue the process.

Assumed Names - January 1978 to present.

Uniform Commercial Code - January 1983 to present.

Marriage Licenses - December 1947 to present.

Informal Marriage Licenses - January 1970 to present.

County Civil Court At Law Dockets - January 1977 to present.

Probate Court Dockets - November 1837 to present.

Miscellaneous Personal Records - May 1962 to present.

Vital Statistics - June 1879 to present.

County Civil Settings Inquiry

ANNEX CODES: Some document types can be filed at an annex (branch office). To locate these documents when searching by file number or marriage license number it is necessary to know the code for the annex where the document was filed. Documents filed in the main office do not have an annex code. The following is a list of annex codes:

Blank - Downtown	P - Pasadena	U - Baytown
B - Chimney Rock	R - Clay Road	V - Cypresswood
C - Clear Lake	S - Cullen Street	W - Scarsdale
H - Humble	T - North Shepherd
