| The Harris County Clerk's Civil Courts Department serves as the
clerk for the four County Civil Courts at Law. The County Civil
Courts Department is located in the Civil Courts Building at 201
Caroline, Room 300. The office hours are 8:00 to 4:30, Monday through
Friday. The main phone number is (713) 755-6421. There is a late
filing drop box located on the outside wall (to the left of the
front entrance) of the County Civil Courthouse Building.

Through Texas Online and a certified Electronic Filing Service Provider (EFSP), attorneys can now electronically file (e-file) documents with the County Civil Courts at Law. For information concerning e-filing, click on the Texas Online Logo below.
