The County
Clerk serves as a clerk for Commissioner's Court. The Commissioners
Court Record Department represents the County Clerk at regular
and special meetings of the Commissioners Court. It is the responsibility
of the department to produce and maintain the official minutes
of the meetings of the Court and to act as the custodian for the
back-up documents to agenda items that are presented to the Court.
The minutes to each court session are not available on this web
site but may be viewed in our Commissioners Court Department located
in the County Administration Building at 1001 Preston, Room 610.
Exceptions to the minutes of the four most recent meetings may
be accessed here. The Commissioners Court Department does not
produce the transcript of the meetings of the Court or prepare
the agenda for court, the office of Management Services is responsible
for both of those tasks.
