Department is here to assist the general public in locating records
filed in the County Clerk's Office. They provide both certified and
non-certified copies of records filed in this office. The department
is located in the County Civil Courthouse at 201 Caroline, 3rd floor.
The office hours are 8:00 to 4:30, Monday through Friday. The department's
